New Student Registration: Jul 19th - August 10th new students
Regular Student Registration:Jul 19th - August 10th Open to all students
Classes Start:  August 11th

Late Registration: After August 11th

** Requirements **

Must be 12 years old or older (up to 19 years old)
New students must provide the following documentation:

1. Latest Report Card. ( must be original copy)
2. Birth certificate copy or passport
3. Immunization card, with the following immunizations:
4. Diphtheria, Whooping Cough, Tetanus = 3 doses ( 2 before 4th birthday and one after 4th birthday)
5. Polio = 4 doses ( 1 dose after 4th birthday )
6. Measles = 2 doses
7. Mumps = 1 dose or proof of illness
8. Rubella = 1 dose or proof of illness
9. Hepatitis B = 3 doses
10. Hepatitis A = 2 doses
11. Chicken Pox = 2 doses

Note: Registration will not be allowed without all these immunizations. There will be no refunds of registration fees if all documents are not provided.
